Strong golden ale brewed with Pears and Coriander, and bottle-conditioned with Brettanomyces

Anno 2024 is a strong, golden ale brewed with Okanagan pears and Indian coriander. The beer is bottle conditioned with our house culture of Brettanomyces, a strain of wild yeast that adds funky, fruity flavours and develops over time in the bottle, preserving freshness and adding layers of complexity as the beer ages.

8.5% abv, 750mL

Ingredients: Water, malted barley, sugar, wheat, pears, yeast, hops, coriander
