Another year, another bière de coupage! This year’s blend is a doozy, combining five barreled batches (some of them as old as three years) and beer from three fresh batches, for a celebration of Dageraad past, present, and future. Cheers to 12 years!

6.5% abv, 750mL

Ingredients: Water, malted barley, oats, wheat, barley, malted rye, triticale, hops, malted spelt, kamut, buckwheat, oranges, lemons, limes, crab apple juice, quince juice, yeast, lactic acid bacteria.
