Blended barrel-aged mixed-culture saison

This beer is releasing on Thursday May 9th

Three years ago, in a fit of mid-pandemic optimism, Mitch decided to stick something in barrels to release on our tenth anniversary. And now we get to enjoy the results of his optimism.

The first part of this beer was brewed with aged lambic-blend hops and aged in a barrel for three years. We blended in two slightly younger barrel-aged beers, to enhance the beer's complexity and soften some rough edges.

It took us ten years to figure out how to do this. Wait'll you see what we do at twenty.

6.4% abv, 750mL

Ingredients: Water, Malted barley, Wheat, Oats, Malted spelt, Hops, Yeast, Souring bacteria

Price includes 10% PST, 5% GST + 10¢ container deposit
