Barrel-aged Sour Ale with Balaton Cherries and Cacao Nibs

This beer was fermented in oak barrels with a mixed culture of brettanomyces and lactobacillus for 1 year before being transferred onto Naramata-grown balaton cherries for 9 months and then conditioned on Haitian cacao nibs.
