Barrel-aged Sour Ale with Nectarines.
This beer was fermented in oak barrels for 1 to 2 years with a culture of brettanomyces and lactobacillus before being transferred on to Fraser Valley-grown nectarines for a further 15 weeks.
6.4% abv, 750mL
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, nectarines, oats, malted wheat, malted spelt, hops, sugar.
