Spring is in the air so get some Sprung into your glass. We had some magnificently complex aged mixed-culture-fermented beer and we decided to make it more fun by blending in some fresh and hoppy saison. The result will put a spring in your step, as the mixed-culture beer puts some tartness into a brightly fruity dry-hopped beer.

5.5% abv, 4 x 355mL

Ingredients: Water, malted barley, triticale, wheat, oats, yeast, hops, souring bacteria.
