The shimmer of sunshine, a sparkle of laughter and a day without cares. Bubbles, herbaceous hops, the mystery of brettanomyces, and a beer without consequences.

We brewed this lovely little thing for our fellow brewers, to provide a journey for the palate that won't interfere with work. If you are not a brewer, feel free to borrow their beer, but know that we brewed it for them.

Tous Les Jours is refermented in the can, so pour with care to leave the yeast sediment in the can.

3.2% abv, 4 x 473mL

Ingredients: Malted barley, malted wheat, oats, wheat, hallertau tradition, tettnanger, saaz, brettanomyces, saccharomyces, water
