A "graf" is a beer-cider hybrid; this particular graf is a mixed-culture-fermented saison made with an interesting blend of fruit from the Sunshine Coast orchards of Banditry Cider. The Banditry crew came to visit Dageraad with freshly pressed juice of a hand-selected blend of crabapples and quince to make this unusual beer.

6.5% abv, 750mL 

Ingredients: Water, malted barley, crabapple juice, flaked triticale, quince juice, malted spelt, kamut, hops, yeast, brettanomyces, souring bacteria
