Dageraad White is a Belgian-style witbier with a twist: a sprinkle of peppery grains of paradise and a pinch of sumac for bright, citrusy aroma as well as a subtle earthiness. With a creamy mouthfeel and a fairly dry finish, Dageraad White is a great patio beer and an excellent pairing for any dish that benefits from a spicy hit of citrus, like fish or salad.
